One is going home to Australia. It was an iPhone that had the dreaded “hang on Apple logo” presentation. We were able to solve a hardware problem and recover all of the photos. The second came to us from Ghana, West Africa. It is an iPhone 12 Pro that had suffered a short circuit deep inside the middle layer of the board. All data is safely recovered.

What a strange trip for these two phones, once living in the hands of two people thousands of miles apart, and both suffering a tragic breakdown trapping the precious data within.
